Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Facility Manager in California to oversee daily maintenance, safety, and performance of our entertainment centers. You will lead the maintenance team, manage vendors, and ensure all systems—from lanes to kitchens—run safely and reliably.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities leadership, hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and contracting. Strong safety focus, budgeting chops, and flexibility to cover nights and holidays are

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong safety knowledge incl. OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in mechanical spaces.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center and schedule regular service checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
