Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in California seeks a Facility Manager to own daily health, safety, and performance of the center in Clovis. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, and manage vendors to keep lanes, attractions, and equipment running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot issues quickly, manage budgets, and ensure guest experiences remain uninterrupted, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A strong background in facilities leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
