Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee daily repairs and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and attractions. You will lead a maintenance team, manage budgets, and ensure uptime while upholding safety standards in a high-volume entertainment center.

Applicants should have 3+ years of facilities leadership, hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC, and strong budgeting and vendor-management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities leadership in high-volume environments
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and contracting
• Ability to lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction
• Financial acumen including budgeting and vendor management
• Strong safety knowledge including OSHA standards

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules and document all work
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational
