Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead facilities across multiple centers, ensuring safety, reliability, and continuous operation. You will mentor Facility Managers and maintenance teams, and steer preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime across lanes, arcades, and building systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities leadership across multiple centers.
• Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Proven ability to develop facility teams and improve uptime.
• Advanced financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.
• A commitment to safety standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in mechanical/technical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations across multiple centers ensuring equipment reliability.
• Coach Facility Managers and maintenance teams regionally.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Manage regional budgets, contracts, and inventory with discipline.
