Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to own the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the center. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, and manage vendors to keep lanes, attractions, and building systems running safely and reliably.

You will document work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime while adhering to safety standards and budgets. A focus on guest experience and rapid problem solving is essential for success in this

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and contracting.
• Strong leadership to build and guide a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen for preventive maintenance budgeting and vendor management.
• Solid understanding of safety standards (OSHA) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance with scheduled service checks to prevent downtime.
• Document maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of failures.
• Serve as on-site technical expert, completing repairs with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
