Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager in California to oversee day-to-day health, safety and performance of the center. You will lead the maintenance team, manage vendors, and ensure all equipment, lanes, and attractions run safely and reliably.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, repairing issues, and controlling budgets while providing on-site technical expertise during peak hours to keep the guest experience uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service checks to catch issues before they fail.
• Document maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to prevent downtime.
• Serve as on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices and technical skills.
