Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to own the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the venue. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance and repairs, manage vendors, and ensure all equipment and building systems run safely and reliably to deliver a premier guest experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and attractions, budgeting, and training staff, with on-site availability to cover

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
