Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the health, safety, and performance of a busy bowling center. You will lead the maintenance team, manage vendors, and ensure uptime across lanes, attractions, and building systems.

You will direct preventative maintenance, document work, and serve as the on-site technical expert. A strong focus on safety, budgeting, and guest satisfaction is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to lead maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and vendor management.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and OSHA standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
