Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to own the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the center. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, manage vendors, and ensure equipment and building systems run safely and reliably.

The role requires leadership in a high-volume environment, hands-on expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and contracting, and a focus on uptime and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Budgeting, vendor management, and cost control experience.
• Strong safety compliance knowledge including OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance and scheduling to catch issues before failures.
• Document maintenance work and monitor equipment performance.
• Serve as on-site technical expert for repairs and troubleshooting.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train maintenance team in safe practices and technical skills.
• Provide on-site support during peak hours, including nights and weekends.
