Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager in Kissimmee to lead the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the venue. You will head the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance and repairs, manage vendors, and ensure all equipment and systems run safely and reliably to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling PM, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining budgets while prioritizing safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading facilities or technical operations in a high-volume venue.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
