Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in California is seeking a Facility Manager to own day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the center. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance and repairs, manage vendors and contractors, and keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems running safely and reliably.

Your goal is to prevent downtime, solve problems quickly, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
