Lucky Strike Entertainment in Aurora, CO is seeking a Facility Manager to own the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the center. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance and repairs, manage vendors, and keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems running safely and reliably.

Your goal is to prevent downtime, solve problems quickly, and keep the guest experience uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical,electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular serviceand system checks to catch issues before they become failures
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance toget ahead of downtime
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs andtroubleshooting issues with speed and precision
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technicalskills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends,<br/>and holidays to keep the center fully operational
