Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager in Colorado to lead daily maintenance operations, oversee a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure uptime of lanes, attractions, and building systems. You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety standards to deliver an uninterrupted guest experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and contracting, plus budgeting and scheduling

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational
