Qualifications

• Valid certifications and ability to safely operate forklifts and aerial lifts
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for building systems
• Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA standards
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing and long periods on feet

Responsibilities

• Perform light renovations including painting and floor work to maintain facility aesthetics.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Support events by setting up equipment and coordinating conference needs.
• Operate facility equipment like forklifts, boom lifts, and other devices.
• Inspect and supervise subcontractors; manage hazard assessments.
• Perform general indoor maintenance and repairs to fixtures and appliances.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, report conditions affecting operations.
