Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support operations, inspections, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at assigned facilities. You will assist MES Mobile Engineers and independently perform defined tasks across interior and exterior areas, ensuring safety and client occupancy standards.

The role stresses preventive maintenance, repair work orders, and timely reporting of conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance covering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance Operations: Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment; assist MES Mobile Engineers and support building operations.
• Building Systems Maintenance: Clean HVAC coils, replace lighting, monitor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure continuous operation.
• General Interior Maintenance: Hang pictures, install accessories, repair furniture and doors, move equipment.
• Additional Duties: Support building operations and tenant satisfaction as directed by facility management.
