You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems, while collaborating with vendors and security teams to ensure safety and efficiency.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in facility operations, strong troubleshooting skills, and flexibility for call-in work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 3+ years in facility operations or maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair.
• Ability to analyze system operation and take corrective action.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients, vendors, and team.
• Call-in work availability and flexible scheduling.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment at client sites with minimal disruption.
• Perform maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Record readings and adjust HVAC operations for optimum performance.
• Oversee facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Review client service summaries to identify recurring issues and monitor contractor work quality.
• Lead event setup/teardown including electrical and AV coordination with security teams.
