Fort Sanders West, part of Covenant Health West in Knoxville, seeks a Facility Services Technician to perform facility maintenance and repair tasks under limited supervision.

The role involves completing daily work orders, using common construction tools, maintaining HVAC and related systems, inspecting work for codes, and traveling locally as needed. A Tennessee driver’s license is required and prior maintenance experience or trade-school certification is preferred.

Formación

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED; trade school credentials may be preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily work order assignments.
• Operate various construction tools and equipment.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, painting, etc.).
• Inspect completed work for quality and code compliance.
• Travel locally as needed and maintain tools and equipment.
