Job summary

Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, part of Covenant Health, seeks a Team Leader, Plant Engineering to oversee daily operations, maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, and regulatory documentation at the Knoxville facility.

The role requires 3 years of Mechanical Technician experience with supervisory exposure, plus a valid Tennessee driver’s license Class D. Local travel is required. This is a full-time position with varying shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years Mechanical Technician experience with at least 1 year at a supervisory level.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license Class D required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities of Plant Engineering personnel.
• Coordinates daily utilization of building automation systems and related equipment.
• Maintains regulatory documentation and participates in reviews.
• Maintains testing and inspection documentation and participates in reviews.
• Schedules Plant Engineering personnel and assists in hiring and evaluations.
