• Perform routine maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Operate pressure washer as requested.
• Use electrical tools and equipment (voltmeter, drills, saws).
• Check oxygen concentrator levels and perform routine maintenance.
• Test fire alarm systems and safety equipment.
• Carry out carpentry tasks (benches, planters, walls).
• Handle plumbing repairs and unclog drains.
• Replace electrical outlets and bulbs; rewire as needed.
• Install and test batteries in smoke alarms; assist fire drills.
• Move furniture and belongings as needed for room changes.
• Paint interiors/exteriors; wallpaper as requested.
• Assist with construction/expansion projects.
• Maintain grounds; mow, trim, weed; keep tidy.
• Perform routine laundry equipment maintenance.
• Carry out unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Test generators and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with major cleaning projects.
