Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters and plumbing repairs.
• Checks and maintains fire safety equipment and alarms.
• Performs general maintenance and carpentry tasks (benches, structures).
• Maintains electrical outlets and lighting; rewires equipment as needed.
• Performs generator testing and unscheduled maintenance as requested.
