Job summary

Pruitthealth Corporation is seeking a Maint Asst HCC to support daily maintenance and safety operations at a nursing center. The role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and light carpentry tasks under supervision, with on-the-job training provided.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical skills, and willingness to perform a variety of maintenance activities to keep the facility safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• Experience in general maintenance is a plus.
• Capable of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Check oxygen concentrators, air conditioners, and fire safety systems as scheduled.
• Repair and replace fixtures, outlets, lighting, and wiring as needed.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and assist with minor construction projects.
• Maintain grounds and assist with routine cleaning and laundry equipment maintenance.
• Assist in major cleaning projects and generator testing as directed.
• Move furniture and assist with patient belongings as needed.
