Job summary

Brownsboro Park Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday with variable on-call availability and offers PTO, employer contributions to Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, and 401K Matching.

Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility equipment and structures, supporting the Director of Environmental Services, and managing routine maintenance while ensuring

Qualifications

• Prior experience in related general maintenance positions.
• Able to read and follow work orders and manuals.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain facility equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies.
• Follow safety regulations and proper use of chemicals.
• Assist with room turnover and basic building repairs as needed.
• Maintain grounds and coordinate with contractors as required.
