Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service the community and resident units. The role covers maintenance of the physical plant, common areas, and interior spaces, aligned with our mission and values.

Responsibilities include basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, plus assisting with turnovers and grounds maintenance. The team emphasizes safety, teamwork, and high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Prefer six (6) months of experience in the building industry or related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background check and health screening tests including TB.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the physical plant, exterior and interior common areas and resident units.
• Assist with apartment turnovers: painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa where applicable.
• Ensure a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with colleagues across departments.
