Job summary

Graceful-Living-Assisted-Living-LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general upkeep while responding promptly to requests and emergencies.

You will work in an assisted living setting, following infection-control, safety, and resident privacy policies, and coordinate with vendors as needed to maintain building systems and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or handyman roles preferred.
• Healthcare or senior living environment experience is a plus.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
• Inspect plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting and doors.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document work.
• Respond promptly to requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and safety records.
• Assist with safety inspections and compliance requirements.
• Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and visitors.
