Legend Senior Living in the United States seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence. The role emphasizes safety, reliable maintenance, and effective communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, completing work orders, coordinating with the Maintenance Director, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Formación

• Required: Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC and repairs and/or maintenance
• Required: Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements, as required

Responsabilidades

• Regularly walking throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety
• Completing and documenting work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds and equipment
• Following troubleshooting, reporting to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs
• Assisting the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
