Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in commercial or multi-family facility maintenance or equivalent trades experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• General Repairs: Patch drywall, paint, repair door locks, and fix fixtures.
• Emergency Response: Diagnose and resolve urgent maintenance requests promptly.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety inspections to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Documentation: Track labor hours, inventory, and repairs using maintenance software.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist in overseeing external contractors for larger repairs.
