Job summary
Tier1usa in Austin, TX is seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of our building and equipment. The role includes light carpentry, painting, electrical work, and HVAC tasks to keep all systems running smoothly.

Qualifications
- 1 year minimum in facility maintenance.
- Must have at least one related certification.
- Safe work record and SOP adherence.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Must fit in small spaces and climb ladders.
- At least one weekend day available.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
- General building and equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
- Maintain in-house facilities operations
- Light carpentry, painting, electrical repairs and modifications
- HVAC and refrigeration systems must be operational
- Keep department logs up to date
- Order parts via databases and paperwork
- Be available to work during inclement weather
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
