Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the production facility remains in excellent condition for all manufacturing operations. You will oversee the Facility Maintenance Technicians, coordinate work orders, schedule regular inspections of HVAC, lighting, and life safety systems, and lead maintenance projects across the site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial building maintenance, supervisory experience, and HVAC certification, with strong communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial building maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience reading machine prints and directing maintenance techs.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building inspections and maintenance operations.
• Direct the Facility Maintenance Technicians and delegate tasks.
• Develop schedules for regular HVAC, lighting, and life-safety inspections.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, and security.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain an up-to-date maintenance log and energy usage monitoring.
