Job summary

AMIkids, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform routine upkeep across our facilities and coordinate with licensed professionals for specialized tasks. The role emphasizes safety, youth-focused environment, and timely maintenance responses.

Responsibilities include inspections, scheduling, PPE adherence, and keeping accurate maintenance logs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of related experience, and relevant certifications within regulatory codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Three years of related maintenance experience
• State certifications/licenses required to perform repairs within codes/regulations
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Schedule vendors for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work as needed.
• Inspect interior and exterior facilities for proper upkeep and safety.
• Maintain Maintenance Request/Completion log and coordinate with Executive Director.
• Ensure PPE usage and OSHA compliance during tasks.
