Job summary

AMIkids Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across building trades.

The role includes scheduling qualified vendors for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work and overseeing licensed contractors to ensure quality and safety. The position requires a high school diploma/GED and at least three years of related experience, plus state certifications/licenses and OSHA/EPA safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years related experience in maintenance or equivalent.
• Possess required state certifications/licenses to perform repairs within codes and regulations (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Knowledge of worksite safety practices and federal/state regulations (OSHA, EPA).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across building trades.
• Schedule vendors for detailed electrical, plumbing and mechanical work.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs conducted by licensed contractors.
• Maintain a Maintenance Request/Completion log and prioritize work.
• Provide 24-hour on-call service for emergencies.
• Ensure PPE use and safety compliance at all times.
