Job summary

AMIkids in Clinton, SC is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across the facility, ensuring a safe, well-kept environment for youth and staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling vendors for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work, supervising maintenance activities, and coordinating a weekly schedule with the Executive Director while maintaining logs and ensuring OSHA safety compliance. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of related maintenance experience.
• State certifications/licenses to perform repairs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility infrastructure.
• Coordinate with licensed contractors for specialized work.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance tasks to minimize disruption.
• Maintain maintenance logs and document tasks.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety rules at all times.
