Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years facility maintenance management experience including resource planning.
• Experience with automated facilities and warehouse management is preferred.
• Experience with ammonia/Freon/CO2 refrigeration systems in temperature-controlled facilities.
• Proficient in Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Implement and ensure compliance with fire, safety, risk, environmental and health and safety programs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance workload leveraging CMMS.
• Collaborate with General Manager to develop and adhere to annual labor and materials budgets and energy management.
• For automated facilities, coordinate with General Manager and work with automation vendors during commissioning.
• Provide recommendations on future capital expenditure projects and ensure timely completion.
• Manage site-specific energy efficiency studies in collaboration with Lineage Energy Management.
