Job summary

Lineage is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance manager to lead and coordinate maintenance for a large Texas facility. You will manage direct reports, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and partner with the General Manager on annual labor and materials budgets.

For automated sites, you will work with automation vendors during commissioning and support energy initiatives. Required: 5 years in maintenance management, CMMS proficiency, and strong knowledge of safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5 years facility maintenance management experience including resource planning.
• For automated facilities, 4 years automated warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Experience with ammonia, Freon and/or CO2 refrigeration systems in temperature-controlled facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan requirements.
• Solid mechanical and electrical fundamentals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in ambiguity.
• Ability to work in -20F/-25C cold or up to 100F/37C warm environments with PPE.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity.
• Implement and ensure compliance with fire, safety, risk, and environmental programs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance workload using CMMS.
• Develop annual budgets with the General Manager for labor and materials; review utility reports.
• At automated facilities, coordinate with General Manager and automation vendors during commissioning.
• Recommend future capital expenditures and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee energy efficiency studies with Lineage Energy Management.
