Job summary
Lineage Logistics is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor on-site in Stilwell, Oklahoma. You will lead maintenance activities, manage preventive programs, and troubleshoot a small ammonia refrigeration system while coordinating with site leadership on budgets and energy practices.

Qualifications
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM).
- CMMS administration and maintenance planning.
- Leadership in facility maintenance and supervision of maintenance teams.
- Proficient mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance activities and preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot a small ammonia refrigeration system.
- Support a fleet of material handling equipment and general facility systems.
- Manage CMMS (X5), maintenance planning, scheduling, documentation and work orders.
- Lead PSM, EH&S initiatives and regulatory compliance programs.
- Partner with site leadership on budgeting, energy management and facility improvements.
- Identify and drive capital improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
