Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a seasoned Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Leader in Baltimore to direct a medium-to-large technician team, oversee complex ammonia systems, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with PSM/RMP, OSHA, and EPA standards. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and cost-effective operations in temperature-controlled logistics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial ammonia refrigeration maintenance in logistics, cold storage, or manufacturing with PSM program involvement.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, CO₂, Freon, and related controls.
• Experience with CAPEX budgeting and cost control.
• Proficient in identifying and solving complex refrigeration issues and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a medium to large team of technicians.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Develop and manage CAPEX and maintenance budgets.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with PSM/RMP, OSHA, EPA, and safety standards.
