Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, located in Venice, CA, is hiring for a facilities/maintenance role focused on cleaning, upkeep, and customer interactions. The position requires basic maintenance skills, a high school diploma, and willingness to work varying shifts to support 24/7 operations.

You will assist customers, perform housekeeping, ensure safety standards, and help maintain ticketing and gate systems. Training on company policies is provided, with opportunities to grow within the SP+

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Facility maintenance or related experience helpful.
• Willingness to perform housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
• Walk garage daily to note and correct maintenance issues.
• Sweep entrances, exits, and stairs; clean rails and surfaces.
• Empty all trashcans in garage, booth, and office.
• Paint surfaces as directed; maintain neat appearance.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and manage oil spills.
• Submit repair or maintenance requests promptly.
• Check gate arms for clearance and ticket spitter operations.
• Provide tickets and counts to Manager; maintain supplies inventory.
• Respect safety policies and assist customers as needed.
