Job summary

SP+ in Santa Monica seeks a facility maintenance associate to perform cleaning, light maintenance, and customer-facing duties. You will help keep the garage clean, safe, and operational, assisting customers and reporting issues to the Facility Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent), a valid California driver's license, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends. The job offers benefits and a starting wage of $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: High School Diploma or equivalent combination.
• License: valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Availability: may require 3rd shift or weekends depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility tidy.
• Walk garage daily to identify and fix maintenance issues and ensure safety.
• Replace bulbs, manage spills, and report repairs to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers and handle complaints with professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and uniform appearance during scheduled shifts.
