SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring for a janitorial/cleaning role in the Miami area. The position involves basic janitorial duties, customer interface, and adherence to OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, reporting repairs, inventory, and assisting customers with a professional, courteous approach. Qualifications require a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor directions.
• Make rounds to collect trash, maintain cleanliness of all areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and report equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and submit maintenance requests.
• Operate cleaning equipment and follow OSHA safety guidelines.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
