Job summary

SP+ is seeking a facility maintenance team member in Fort Worth, TX to handle cleaning, basic repairs, and customer interface. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and delivering clean, well‑presented spaces for our parking facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional maintenance skills may be required depending on assignment.
• Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment as directed.
• Valid driver’s license may be required to drive a company vehicle on business.
• Availability for third shift and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the garage clean and safe.
• Walk and inspect the garage daily to identify maintenance issues and correct them.
• Replace bulbs, manage spills, and maintain surfaces and fixtures.
• Report repairs or safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers within the facility and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.
