Job summary

SP Plus Corporation is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Attendant in Nashville, TN to perform cleaning, maintenance and customer-facing tasks across the garage and office areas.

The role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with potential 3rd shift or weekend work. Strong customer service and safety awareness are essential, as are physical stamina and reliability.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License Requirement: valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required depending on location.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; interpret written information.
• Customer Service: Maintains positive attitude and responds to service requests.
• Adaptability: Adjusts to changes in the work environment and delays.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure facility is clean.
• Walk garage daily to note and fix maintenance problems.
• Sweep entrances and clean rails, offices and restrooms.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs as directed.
• Submit repair or maintenance requests to the Facility Manager.
• Check gates, ticket spitters and counters for proper operations.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints.
• Maintain neat appearance and uniform before and during shifts.
