Job summary

SP+ is seeking a facility maintenance and customer-facing associate in Erlanger, KY. You will perform cleaning, basic repairs, and upkeep across the garage and office areas, including painting, bulb replacement, and reporting repairs.

No extensive experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. Availability for shift variance, including weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience depending on the job assignment.
• Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to work special shifts, including 3rd shift or weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure facility cleanliness.
• Walk garage daily to note and fix maintenance problems.
• Sweep entrances, exits, and stairs; clean rails and surfaces on all levels.
• Paint surfaces as directed to maintain neat and clean appearance.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and respond to repair requests.
• Check safety items like gate arms and ticket spitters for proper operation.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
