Job summary

Stanford University’s Residential & Dining Enterprises seeks a seasoned program coordinator to manage planned assessments of building subsystems across the MCP portfolio.

You will integrate findings into the asset-tracking database, update lifecycle estimates, and coordinate life-safety testing and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance and timely improvements. This essential, onsite role supports campus facility stewardship and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with three years of related experience in project development and management.
• Five or more years of experience is highly desired.
• Polished written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated project management ability across scope, time, cost, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and perform testing and inspections of life safety systems.
• Document inspection results and maintenance activities per regulatory standards.
• Lead full project management cycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop action plans and estimate resources and time.
• Coordinate asset assessments with teams and user groups.
• Track regulatory compliance reporting and follow-ups.
