HTM Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Facility Administrator to manage supplies, PPE, and job materials in our Honolulu baseyard. You will coordinate deliveries, verify receipts, and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and availability for field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of company supplies, PPE, job materials, and small tools using RefTab.
• Track asset locations, tool rentals, returns, and inventory audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Receive, verify, organize, and store deliveries and job materials within the baseyard.
• Perform weekly inventory audits and monthly restocking runs to prevent supply shortages.
• Coordinate with the Facilitator and labor staff for material handling, tool check-ins, and stocking.
• Distribute and document PPE issuance for employees and maintain adequate safety supply inventory.
