Job summary

Ensource RCM is seeking an Inpatient Facility Coding Specialist to review hospital records and apply precise ICD-10-PCS coding. You will work remotely for our clients, ensuring high-quality, productive coding that supports accurate reimbursements.

We require 3+ years inpatient facility coding, active credentials (CCS/RHIA/RHIT or CPC), and a US residence. Epic experience is a plus, with access to reliable internet and Ensource IT guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current CCS, RHIA, RHIT through AHIMA or CPC through AAPC coding credentials are required.
• 3+ years of inpatient facility coding experience.
• 3 years ICD-10 PCS coding experience.
• Access to high speed internet and workstation; Epic experience is a plus; candidates must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient hospital records and accurately code the charts.
• Meet or exceed high quality and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with inpatient coders and managers to address client needs.
• Maintain active coding certifications and complete continuing education.
