Job summary

Ensource RCM is seeking experienced Inpatient Facility Coders who value accuracy and thrive on complex coding challenges. This full-time remote role lets you work with a team of professionals focused on high-quality reimbursement outcomes.

Requirements include current CCS/RHIA/RHIT or CPC credentials, 3+ years inpatient facility coding, ICD-10-PCS experience, and US residency. Epic experience is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits with 401k, PTO, CEU stipend, and a $3000 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• Current CCS, RHIA, RHIT through AHIMA or CPC through AAPC credentials are required.
• 3+ years of inpatient facility coding experience.
• 3 years ICD-10 PCS coding experience.
• Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient hospital medical records and properly code the charts.
• Meet or exceed high quality and productivity standards to provide exceptional coding services.
• Communicate and collaborate with inpatient coders and managers to address client needs.
• Maintain active coding certifications and complete continuing education to maintain expertise.
