The role involves hands-on work with HVAC, boiler, and chiller systems while supporting budgeting and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial facilities or maintenance experience, excels in troubleshooting, and offers strong customer service to occupants.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of commercial facilities or building maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with HVAC, boilers, and chillers.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS/BMS).
• Ability to read technical manuals and equipment documentation.
• Basic computer skills (work order systems, email, Excel/Word).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, boiler, and chiller systems.
• Perform and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS/BMS).
• Oversee vendors and contractors, review service work, and ensure quality.
• Assist with facilities budgeting, cost tracking, and capital planning.
• Support safety, code compliance, and security procedures in a government-occupied building.
• Serve as primary contact for occupants on facility issues and service requests.
