Job summary

• 1+ years of facility buildings and grounds maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs plant properties including trash pickup and landscaping.
• Maintains gardens and lawns: mowing, trimming, watering, sprinklers, fertilizing, weeding.
• Weatherproofs outdoor areas and safeguards outdoor furniture.
• Operates and maintains landscaping equipment.
• Operates and maintains mobile equipment (mower, skid steer, loader, forklift, telehandler).
• Performs light building maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, painting, lighting repairs.
• Prepares work orders and follows up on corrective actions.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and uses PPE.
