Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of relatable industrial/trades maintenance or operations experience.
• Experience with CMMS, Microsoft Office and building automation systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a warranty and safety regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks through the computerized maintenance system.
• Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed.
• Operates and monitors and maintains basic Utility System Infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems.
• Supports the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision.
• Maintains preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files for compliance.
• Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals to gain knowledge needed to complete assignments.
