Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Full Time Cleaner for 1st shift to perform a range of custodial duties across facilities in the Austin area. You will follow established cleaning procedures under the supervision of the Custodial Manager, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail, with responsibilities including floor care, surface cleaning, restroom stocking, and waste handling.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings
• Operate light and heavy floor buffers and shampoo machines
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as directed
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily
• Monitor for defects (clogged urinals, lights) and report to supervisors
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily and replace liners
