Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in assigned buildings, ensuring clean, sanitary, and orderly conditions.

You will execute high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and grounds maintenance while following safety procedures and reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor. Responsibilities include cleaning ceilings and walls as needed, maintaining public areas and food court cleanliness,

Qualifications

• Basic operations of janitorial work.
• Proper use of cleaning chemicals per MSDS sheets.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitizing and spot cleaning of surfaces below shoulder height.
• Bathroom cleaning and replenishment of soap and paper products.
• Emptying trash and replacing liners.
• Floor dusting, mopping and vacuuming under furniture.
• Grounds care and outdoor area cleanliness.
• Maintaining public common areas and food court cleanliness.
• Floor sanitizing throughout rooms.
• Inspecting rooms and reporting issues to supervisor.
